No, I think it was DDtB now that I come to think about it - his battery is not 100% secure either.

You can fashion a bracket to fit the battery you have, but the reason I think it's worth getting the eliseparts one is that it will fit the next battery and the one after that too ... and it's only 19.95 or something IIRC. If you want to make a bracket you'll need some ali angle section, a saw, a drill and a rivet gun.
