at least if you give it to me, i'll only break any weak parts. give it to scotty and he'll crash it, or give it to tut and he'll steal bits off it.
i'm the lesser of three evils

Actually, Scotty will crash it after you've fractured some critical suspension bolts, then Tut will steal the wing mirrors off the carcass

I think that’s a bit harsh, I've only driven into the countryside once without any interference from other people/animals.
Im the best person to tell you what a 340rR feels like

Hi
First post on here - I have been reading all the Honda conversion threads and trying to absorb as much as possible, much to my wife's annoyance.
Without wishing to take this off topic, would the RBC intake manifold fit in an S1 Elise using the Stark engine mounts or is the bulkhead different on the 340R? I think there was mention higher up of needing to mod the 340R but turned out not to be required, so wondered if that was the case with an S1 as well?
Cheers

I would think so Rob.
I have a Jackson S/C fitted to my S1 on the DC5 inlet manifold, which means it sits paralell as opposed to vertical, so only around 18mm clearance from the bulkhead, but that is enough.

Thanks tut - is the DC5 (integra?) one the same as an RBC (accord 2.4?)?
Did you post your build on here? If so I will carry on searching the older threads and have a look.
Cheers

Pretty sure it won't fit without modifying the bulkhead on an S1 but it's not a massive hurdle to overcome.

No build postings Rob as it was a BLiNK conversion, and Ricky Gauld fitted the S/C.
As regards the inlet manifold comparisons, can not help out there, but Dan and Alan will know.
