Great news Alan ~I don't think you'll be able to wipe the smile off your face now,
I know mine never fails to put a smile on my face even driving like Miss Daisy and get your self a road angel set it at 1000m to fore warn you of the scameras
cheers Hamish

I thought that they did not work with Camera vans Hamish, just GATSO warnings and radar gun scatter used on other vehicles.

Well detected Alan, and hopefully your last visit to the MOT Station tomorrow.
tut
ps as my last MOT on N3 was well below limits, does that mean my Lambda sensor must be working? I assumed that it had burnt out some time ago.

They do detect mobil camera vans, as well as some CCTV security systems ~small price to pay in my mind to remind you what the speed limit is, I've also had a few lazer Lock detected warnings but nothing came of it and set to 1000meters because I saw someone on SELOC posted about being detected by a hand held scamera at over 500 meters
they now have a lazer detector without the need for an annual subscription £49.00

Thanks Alan. Not planning on going anywhere, so if you want to pop round anytime that would be good. Looking forward to seeing your car in the flesh, and if we go for a short run around our empty roads here, you can go in front and protect your bodywork.

ps Craig reckons it is the IACV which is causing the hunting, so probably just a clean and lube. However the T/B has to come off as it is underneath it, so it will have to wait a while as he has just been sent away.

Well guys, we're at the Mot station and pleased to announce that it passed the emissions test!! Yay!! Legal limit is 0.2 and was sitting at 0.07! Well Done Alan!! We're just waiting for the rest of the Mot to be done and then we can go home and tax it!
Jen
PS-Tut, Alan said he told you that two weeks ago!

Excellent work
