no, the truth is that after 10+ years, you still have not got a clue.

Oh, and How is Mark Boles engine these days

running beautifully, 217.7bhp and 153.5lbft on the same mild hydraulic cam.

and far better for being switched onto an Omex and sequential fueling and ignition, though still not properly mapped with the new ecu, after 11,000 track miles,
funny that, last I heard the engine was toast and the car was up for sale (with a fubared engine...)

(11,000 track miles, don't make me laugh!)

and you spent £80 grand plus and couldn't even get one to hold together -

this one is alive, working, and going better than it ever did on the Omex -

What's the requirement for all these type of comments?

Well observed

this engine was built in 2005 and ran on an OEM pump till I started swapping out the old Emerald and spot remap for full seq fueling [late 2010] then this year swapped out the OEM Rover twin coil pac for seq ign too and then fitted a KingK water pump which promptly caused coolant to piddle past the jenveys coolant bleed - you might remember I wrote a while back on the subject that the new pump required jenveys to be machined for a proper viton o-ring coolant seal both sides of the TB.

Good question since this thread is about Hondas not my engines - but hey anything to avoid admitting that a k20 is 43kg heavier than a stock K engine alone!

Yep, over a discussion on the relative values of the K and the K20. :D
