If you looking for an ali belled solution why not approach a local precision machine shop with a proved track record in alloy products and comission them to make you a set.
Mac
They may even have a set of bells in stock

I can sense a wee race going on between Ed & Kenny now.
Are the prototype S2 bells the same as prototype S2 exige bells.

Stu - unfortunately for him, the 111R & S2 Exige have a different wheel offset to the S2, so I'm not sure they will be the same.
Happy if I'm wrong about that though.

Cool - would make sense from a parts supply point of view. All good then

Anyone got any thoughts on the alloys and mods to existing that permit airflow from outside the wheel to be directed on to the disk for cooling ?
Certainly not thinking of them just interested.

Those are designed for rally stages (although they were used on the Elise mule cars) Tend to be used on gravel, where you don't want a massively open design - getting the brake calipers full of sh*t. They did use them on tarmac stages too - but mostly for strength methinks (they are tough & heavy)
The way the Elise brakes are designed means you'd be better looking at ways of using the wheel to draw air
away from the brakes. The airflow runs from inside of the disc out - so if you're ducting cold air to them, you direct to the rear centre and the vanes in the disc pull it through to the outer rim (snort). Uldis has a custom made setup like this.
Also means that the air going to them is fairly clean and dry (if ducted from the front) as opposed to the grit, water and shyte that sucking air from outside the wheel would introduce to the disc, caliper and assorted gubbins.

I have, on the Alfa Romeo I had previously.
Bloody thing would not stop squaling so I pressed the brake pedal really hard and burst one pipe
But then once I crashed against a stopped bus when I was young and checking the remains of the car later the brake pedal was bent down all the way to the firewall
I like braided hoses
