powder coating is to conventional for me remember i'm doing my wishbones in armourfend 3000
plus I dont want to spend any money I have blagged most things for my repair/upgrade so I dont want to start paying for work done.
and how do you get them off ?

Spring compressors (Proper ones) and then knock the spring seat up and remove the circlip, springs then fall off....
(This assumes Billy shocks)

p.s. looked into that friend of yours from work, he left a blade on a rotor when it went into a balancing machine, smashing it's way through the fiberglass safety case.

from what I remember (this was maybe 13 years ago) he was sat down and asked "is their anything you want to tell us, now think carefully" i.e. wrong answer and collect your stuff on the way out.

Back on topic
I got my first set of "beetleback" wishbones back today, and they look just like they did before they left, although they do have a shiny green tinge to them, I will post up some uninteresting pictures tommorow.
I may have to paint them though because the coating did not fill in the pitting from the rust

was thinking orange

I thought i could get your springs done in black oxide, but thats another process that's been contracted out.

possibly to surface tech, they do everthing but powder coating.

make is a thought I supose I could use the other side as a template and CMM the hole positions, the taper angle etc.
Does anyone have any titanium ?
