After what I said when we chatted tonight I take it back, it looks

. Still, if you like subtle and unassuming then you definitely picked the wrong colour

.

Paint will be with them tomorrow so shouldn't be too long.
Yes Mike, believe it or not im quite a subtle guy and hate being the centre of attention. I always loved the colour so had to go for it. I will try my hardest to make the road run but i doubt anyone will see me as i will be the Orange Spec 4 miles behind at a steady paint friendly 20 MPH.
Cheers
Alan

Clio is retired from Track use Mike. Took it to the AMP3 day and it didn't do to well. Brakes were cooked in seconds etc ... had to take it easy/ish to ensure Jen gets to work.
Next time i will be in the Lotus as i really must track it (

) what would be the point in a Honda Conversion otherwise.

Think that spot should be saved for Craig in his 340R, save his face from stone chips. Saying that at least his face would heal..............

Pop some armourfend or similar on the front, would be a shame to waste all the work / cost, and it's a fact that the Elise shape takes a hammering around the nose with it so low to ground etc.
Were my car not silver, it too would be wearing a "grey beard" by now!

More progress
Exuse the dust over all my hard work. The rest of the paint was delivered to Painters today so they have promised to have it back to me early next week. Have to say I am enjoying this stage.
Cheers
Alan

Surprised no one has spotted something I missed.
Re built the whole car and haven't replaced the Red Clutch Hose. Always intended on replacing it but kept putting it off.
