Headlight problems

Hi
Busy trying to replace my headlights as the reflective surface off the old ones is rusted quite badly.
Was doing great until the headlight surround (not the carrier) attached to the car just fell off, it's also snapped with corrosion.
Can I get a new part from anywhere? Is this a garage job?
