Specialist Tools
Specialist Tools
Thought I would put a post up for specialist tools that would be helpful for working on an Elise.
I have:
a rivinut gun
ball joint press (on the car)
wind back tool for the rear brake pistons
If anyone needs to borrow these, please let me know.

I have an electric impact gun... if your nuts are stiff this will sort them out.
Also a liquid extractor, basically a vacumn pump that can suck out lube oil/coolant/brake fluid/other... through a small pipe. Can do an oil change without removing sump plug.

Well it moves... might as well make the most of it....
