It's a Lotus...? :)

Or are you going to have some more installed?

Don't hold your breath for a stalling fix - last I heard was about BruceW on SELOC & the BBS, who has been told by his dealer that it's a 'characteristic of the toyota engine with a lighter flywheel'

:?

I think there's an adjustment to the throttle stop to avoid stalling - I'll see if I can find the service bulletin

That makes sense, I expected it to be much the same as the CTR engine but the revs drop away much faster on the Toyota engine. Doesn't bother me. Waiting to see if I will bother with the brake peddle tweak, I actually found it fairly easy to heal & toe on the weekend run.

Oh no - 30-odd grand cars should not 'just stall'. Lotus are trying to weasel out of it and shouldn't be allowed! :x It's dangerous for one - we're talking about at roundabouts and the like!

Took it in to MMC at lunch.
Had made an appointment and they where on lunch :)
Neways, Ali very kindly nipped out, fixed the window, diagnosed the rattle and fixed my annoying squeeky stearing wheel(which i had forgotten about). Re the stalling think its only bad when parking so ill see how that goes. Hes got to order a few things but overall top job! :D
