S2 Lights in an S1 & Manifold

Spotted these on ebay

are they the same size as S1 lights ? / can they be made to fit without hacking the rear clam to bits ?

and is this the good manifold ?

Asked the ebay seller about the manifold as if it's better than the std item I would be interested.

It looks like an S2 manifold as the last bend looks less than 90 degrees so won't fit straight in to an S1.
