S2 Elise - Oval Pipes - New Mesh Grilles - Where ?

Post by a4drk » Tue Nov 06, 2007 7:34 pm

Can you buy replacement after market ones?

I have taken the reflectors off & i think it looks a lot better, however, there is a recess for the reflectors to sit in.
These are all rusty & i've Hammerited them already, but the rust is still coming through.
I'm thinking of getting them shot blasted & powder coated,
but i was wondering if you can get after market ones that dont have the recess?

You need reflectors on the back to pass an MOT test.

I got new reflectors from Elise Parts and got the grills powder-coated, looked like new 8)

The car passed it's MOT last week without them!
it also passed with its Motorbike size front reg plate!

I think there are reflectors in the middle rear lights? ?
