Hurricane - Dezzy?

Post by Edin430 » Mon Jul 07, 2008 10:08 pm

Has anyone here had a Hurricane on their 111R/Exige? Did you have one on your last car Dezzy? (IIRC it was a 111R?)

I am going to change my Velocity intake and thinking about going down this line.

Don't want any mil light issues however - and I also don't want to lose any noise as the Pipercross is quite loud - and I like 8)

I did have MIL light issues with the Hurricane, but nothing major - just too much airflow when it was just cleaned but when reset it soon settled down and would stay off until the next time it was cleaned. I sold it to Bigrichi as I didn't want to stick it on the electronic throttle'd Exige. I've heard it's not too good with them and can cause havoc. Richie is actually now selling the Hurricane again.
