Vibrating footwell

My pax footwell seems to vibrate somewhere between 2-3k revs. I had the car into MMC a few weeks back but surprise, surprise, it didn't do it the whole time it was in. I even tried to get it to do it and it wouldn't. It happens mostly when I'm on the move rather than stationery so it's difficult to pinpoint.

Anyone ever had this before? :?

read somewhere (Damn leaky brain...!) that there was a mod to the chassis to introduce a fold line across the footwell to stop this. Don't know when or where I saw it though.......:scratch

Did you ever have the pound coin under the passenger seat?

That used to drive me daft :) probably explains a lot eh?

Well I kind of fixed this. It wasn't a coin, I'd already checked ;)
I'd removed the carpets from under the seats after the Exige day last year as they got soaked. Hadn't ever bothered to put them back as I thought they'd just get wet again.
However, it seems that the pax seat bottom is so close to the undertray that stuffing the carpet back in between stops the vibrating :?

Has your GF been hanging out with you more on weekends since this started happening??

Co-incidence?
