Which is the best oil

Hi,
I have a 2004 S2 standard Exige which I use only on the road (currently anyway) and wonder if anyone can tell me which the best engine oil is please and also if there where the best place to get it in the Kilmarnock or Glasgow areas.

Mobile 1 or Mobile 1 Motorsport.
Depending on the season - In winter you want the one with the lower first value, in summer the one with the higher second number.

...and that'll be Mobile without the 'e'.
(currently working for Exxon Mobil but I doubt I'd get a deal)

There is a guy oilman on Seloc usually post in the offers section who does deals on oil now and again .He also givbes good advice , all be it it is a buisness to sell oil . Delivery was next day and prices good . I put Silkolene Pro in my K and it made it run quieter .
