NLC 306 D Turbo Cam settings

Ive a trusty workhorse of a 306 which appears to have jumped a tooth on the cam, just wondered if anyone has a copy of the workshop manual they could email me? All I need to know is the how to set the cam so even a simple explaination is helpful, saves me having to learn
