Ready to be flamed....... But -
You need to wash them with a good de-greaser and get all the crap off them first. Then dress them with Tyre Paint to make them black again (get it online) - then apply the wet look gell. They have too much tyre dressing on them from two tyre changes to shine properly at the moment.
