I got a length of rubber tubing from here:
http://www.nfauto.co.uk/

http://www.cbsonline.co.uk/rubber-u-channel-15-c.asp

and used a very thin smear of translucent silicone bathroom sealant on the metal edge to secure it.
Still in place 2 years later :)

That's ideal thanks renmure, I should know this but any idea of which size I need and roughly how many meters I will require.

I used superglue on my first one, small size of the black rubber U-tubing.
2nd one, I just spray painted it & kept the original rubber on (also sprayed).. worked a treat.
I have no signature.

no bigger than 10x5mm
I think I ordered 4m for a 3pc diffuser and had just under 1m left.
May get away with 3m if it's a 1 peice diffuser.

I managed to pick up some stuff from halfrauds , was in amongst the dog wanger handbrakes and sh*t decal stickers . Think it was designed for door edges , its kinda rigid and clamps shut , secured mines with a few dabs of glue and its been on since , little more chunky than the usual stuff but looks great.
