the rattling is still there on tick over, i can push the tray up just behind the exhaust exit and it stops but there isnt bolts that go there...
but that part of the tray does seem more flexi.
fekking annoying.....any help?

Where is the rattling coming from on the undertray? Get under it when its idling and have a listen.

It'll be the heat sheild probably.....

Happens on most Exiges but it's almost impossible to hear it unless u have no windows down or your standing behind the car..

Take the back wheel off to get a good look at the heat sheild , doing mine too, it fell to bits but it did not cause a rattle

What do the heat sheilds look like on a 111r? Same as the Exige?

The Exige is like a big metal box !! If you knock it or shift it whilest the undertray is off it will rattle and tizz off pretty much everything in there

If it's that loud in the cabin maybe there is something lying on the undertray? Or maybe a bolt has been missed?

Another thing at the rear of the car that rattles is the metal number plate mount. Rattles off the number plate and the diffuser if not put back on correctly.

It can also happen that if it's done up with some curve in it, it'll rattle and wobble. Loosen all the bolts - give it a shimmy to settle it (shoving it forward to ensure it's properly located in the groove at the front - if it's not tight in, it can rattle there) Then tighten the big locating bolts first and then go around the edges doing up the smaller ones. Will take any curve or buckle out of the tray.
