The BBC called in an expert, Guy Kewney, to discuss it. A taxi driver was waiting in reception to pick up Mr Kewney.

So when they called for 'Guy Kewney', the taxi driver raised his hand.
Look at his face when he realises he shouldn’t be where he’s sitting.
