Rear brake caliper alignment?

It appears that one of my rear calipers is slightly out of alignment. The disk isnt wearing evenly accros the full face of the pad. Has anyone else found this?
I suspect the plate that the caliper is bolted to may be bent slightly or worst case somethings has bent in the upright.
