Replacing the Coil Pack, Leads and plugs on an S1 VVC

Had my coil pack etc all changed at MMC a few weeks back, but since then ive been getting the MIL light flashing intermittantly and sometimes goes solid and then onto limp home mode.
Prior to this, I also installed a hurricane induction to replace my older piperx filter
will any of the above installs merit an ECU reset and potentially fix the MIL light problem?
and is the reset an ignition on, pump pedal 9 times and ignition off jobby?

That's not an ECU reset really, it just resets the TPS and IACV in an S1. Can't hurt - pump 5 times from memory.

Make sure all the connectors are on right (unplug, give em a scrape and re-plug), and that the HT leads aren't running close to any sensors (as I discovered recently, they can confuse the crank position sensor)
