my milage yesterday was 9102, got into today and milage was 013108, thought, ah somehow it's been converted to KM, went into B&Q came out and the milage was 022103, apart from the obvious pixies having put 9000 miles on my car in the 15 minutes i was in B&Q, any answers? by the way i reset the stack with no change.

I think there are companies that can do mileage "corrections" although it sounds like your stack's had it. As Jacobite says it should be covered under warranty. My cars on its second stack so I don't think it's uncommon for them to need replacement
