I've got a 6mm crack near the centre of my windscreen, a MT casualty! I didn't see it at the time but I certainly heard the rock hit! And it was bloody loud!
Will I
need to get this fixed? i.e. an MOT fail? I guess it's only gonna get worse

The thing is my car goes in at the end of the month for a new front clam, I'm just wondering if I should get the windscreen done at the same time??

Get it reported as soon as possible, it can take a few weeks to get the screen ordered from autoglass. If the clams coming off on a certain date, the screen might not be available in time.
Well it moves... might as well make the most of it....

<2 weeks and get MMC to handle autoglass as after teh shug incident they take not chances as auto g supply the wrong screens several times. They get the glass in then inform auto and then loosen the clam.

Suspect its only a MOT failure if its in the direct sight of the driver.
This will be the 3rd screen Ed's killed
