Who owns the damaged clam?? Me or the 3rd parties insureres / garage cause insurers don't give a toss??

All salvage rights belong to the insurer that is paying for the work.

In the case of a front clam I would expect the insurer to instruct the garage to dispose of the clam - you can clearly tell them you would like it - best done at the back door rather than the reception desk if you know what I mean ...

Mine ended up in a skip as I spotted it when passing the bodyshop, but it was pretty fooked. If it wasnt too damaged you could definately construct something neat out it!
