Scottish Elises

Following on from my "Car won't start" thread, I'm now hoping that its the MFRU thats knackered.

So firstly, is there any difference between an s1 111s mfru and any other Elise varient?

And secondly, does anybody in the Linlithgow area have a spare they could lend me to see if sorts out my problem?

A nice warm glow of knowing your being nice and a few beer tokens are waiting on anybody who can assist.

i have no idea if they are the same, but your welcome to steal the one from my S2 135R.


I'm in bo'ness

There are differences in the MFRU between an EU2 & EU3 car I'm afraid.

I'm not sure what they are or if there's a workaround but I do recall Lawrence carrying both as test packs, clearly marked to prevent false negatives.

I got one from Ali but its stil not starting. So it's maybe looking more like the fuel pump.
