Hey Guys. trying to fit my Nitrons tonight and it's not going to plan.
they are designed to run inverted - body at the top & spring at the bottom. right? so when I offer up the damper, the body clashes with the suspension mount?
any advice.

Should you not have special mounts that came with the Nitrons? Mine had a set of brackets to replace the ones that were on the car...

the little blue adjuster goes to the bottom, is that how you have it??

For my standerd S1 thay Nitrons just bolt on.
No extra brakets requird.

cheers guys. had a wee numpty moment. was trying to fit the rear shock to the front.
best part of 2 hrs to do the 1st one and 14 mins to the 2nd one.
what can I say.
only the rears to do now. should be a doddle.

Incidentally, some very early S1s had different top mount brackets that need replaced when putting on Nitrons (not you issue, obviously) which I didn't know, until we tried fitting mine to the RLC some time ago and scratched the hell out of them until Robin pointed that out...
