AD08s on S2 exige ?

Hi all,

Has anyone had AD08s fitted to an exige ? My concern is regarding that the fronts would have to be in 205/45 size, I know a few people have fitted R1Rs in this size so would the AD08s also be okay ?

Needing new tyres just now as my rear A048s are down at the markers. Had considered the R1Rs but there seems to be mixed reviews on these with grip dropping off and not progressively after a bit of use and not being very good if weather is warm. Though some people are rating them highly.

Cheers,

Kevin.

good point

Alot of places as well dont have the 205/45 size in stock for the R1Rs and wont be getting any in anytime soon, only place thats got them is seriously lotus though they are £663 for the set compared to camskill and wheels around who would have been £100 cheaper but have no fronts so due to the mixed reviews and fact should be able to get the AD08s for about £520 for the set was wanting to give them a go providing if i can find out they wont rub the arches

the sidewalls on 'normal' tyres arent as square as the R888's or 48s so you could go a wider size if its available?

Looks like I am a bit late for this one but im running a full set of ad08s on my Exige. Really impressed with them so far, I've yet to try on the track but willsort that in a couple of weeks. 205/45 on front are fine.
