My 2006 is due a service which I was planning to have caried out at MMC.
Having not had my car serviced at MMC before - are youable to buy your own oil and have them use that as opposed to the OEM oil?
I was thinking about using Silkolene Pro S 5W-40 engine oil and getting my transmission oil changed out for Redline MT90 at the same time.
Cheers
Chris

Speak to Craig the Service Manager at MMC - ultimately it will be his call. But if the car is out of warranty I don't see it being an issue. If it's still under warranty the deviation from whatever is specified may void any future claim.

Just stick it up to J D Motors in Insch and get it gone cheaper unless you really want to keep a full Lotus service history?
