Lambda adaptor thing

After speaking with Jim of 2bular, he mentioned that one of his customers has successfully used a little adaptor on the post cat lambda sensor in order to stop the MIL issues. He's going to try and get hold of the guy and find out where it came from but I was wondering if anyone on here has heard of such a thing or has any idea where I could buy 1.
As far as I'm aware it works by removing the sensor from the direct gas flow. I would imagine it is simply a little extension piece with male and female threads.
Hopefully you can understand what I mean and any hints would be helpful.

As a little side issue, what other ways have people found to stop the MIL illuminating after fitting a sports cat? I have a 2006 Exige S 220. I'm aware of the Hanger111 magic box but it also seems a little expensive.

Yanks use them I think they are a little extension tube for lambda socket which damps the lambda response, I suppose it cools it a bit too.

I fitted one of these to my 04 Na exige back in 06 when I had it, sorted the MiL issue, the aptly titled MIL eliminator kit :-)

Ah, cheers Ali. That's exactly what I was talking about. Have you used one of these?

It's probably me that Jim was talking about. Worked pretty well, still got the very occasional MIL when it was warming up but much reduced the frequency...

I have a reader that can clear the codes so occasional light wasn't a problem.
