+ve - they have tweaked the wire resistance (or something) to produce a fatter spark at the plug

-ve - been blamed for triggering the misfire sensor on S1 111s.

They also have very good engine end plugs that prevent moisture ingress. I have a blue set on my car.

I bought a set due to the old ones being perished, also heard they helped to conduct a better spark. To be honest not been able to tell if they make a difference.

If your current set are gubbed and needing renewed then I would buy a set, if not then don't bother.

I run KV85s - proper race spec - fat core - great spark conductivity - claim to give a more stable pulse to the sparks

Everyone jst seems to be up on them - Lotus OEM were Magnecor iirc so upgrade to fresh new leads was an east step.

I never see any data to quantify the reputation - I also recall Lucas used to make really nice comp leads years back..
Preparing for take-off.. systems check..
