Toe settings Not Lotus

Post by Baggy » Wed Nov 09, 2011 11:12 am

I'm on the scrounge

Any one on here have access to a trade data base like autodata or something that has toe settings

I've got a V6 2001 ford maveric (sold as Ford escape in the states and mazda Tribute here) and i'm struiggling to find the toe settings.

The previous owner had fitted a new TRE and the toe was way out (was toed in by some 10mm over the diameter of the wheel). I've set it to pretty much parrallel which has straightened the steering wheel up ok but want to set it right.

Arnold clark (ford) in ABZ told me they didn't support the model because it was too old ??????,
laws tyres said they needed £50 to set it up on the blue tooth enabled allignment system and they couldn't tell me the settings.
I bought the haynes book but it doesn't have the settings.

Any info appreciated.

Cheers
