Louder horn

I was driving along the expressway yesterday in the left lane when the camper van in the right lane decided he wanted to occupy the same space as me
Saw him moving and got on the horn with no effect. Fortunately I was able to escape onto the harbour slip road.
This has happened once before and I don't intend letting it become 3rd time lucky for someone, so I was wondering if anyone has fitted a more effective horn and if so, what did you use? I was thinking of something like
this.
I assume this is just a simple plug and play excersise, a couple of spade connections and a suitable mounting point, but were is the horn located on an S2 Elise?

After the best part of a day grumping at the seized solid undertray I gave up but since then well er that isn't a problem anymore and I now have beautiful access.
How do I split the circuit to supply 4 terminals instead of 2?
Thanks

Crimps and a bit of wire.
There must be someone nearby who can help you.

Is it just as simple as that? I wasn't sure if I needed to tinker with relays or fuses?

Nah it'll be fine. Unless you use the horn for minutes at a time!
