Elise S2 Coolant Circulation Question

No apparent problems with my elise S2 111s in that it is not overheating, heater ok, coolant level pretty stable, etc. but i noticed that the coolant is circulating through the header tank and entering from the small pipe connected to the top of the tank. As the revs increase the flow increases.

is this normal and if not any ideas on source of problem?

It's part of the self-bleeding mechanism. Entirely normal as Gav says.
