Sorry - Induction Kits

I've currently got a Pipercross induction kit on my 111s, and its about the size of my head! It makes a tremendous noise but id definitely question its effectiveness.
Disclaimer - Im not one for believing that any induction kits make much difference...
Has anybody got or tried an itg maxogen setup? Its quite expensive, but im a sucker for a bit of carbon and (obviously) the reviews say that its very effective.
Thoughts?

I shall be taking Pipercross, ITG maxogen, K&N conical and panel filters to the rollers to test back to back on a stock engine as soon as I have time, after which they will all get flogged off, if you u2u me you are welcome to the conclusion [when I have it] and buy the ITG if that appeals?
if that's not quick enough they come up on ebay often enough, the ITG will be quieter and may benefit form a cooler charge.

That's actually great, thanks very much! Any idea when you might be doing it? No massive rush or anything, just wondering rough timescales.
Id definitely be interested in buying the maxogen after you've tested it (if that performs well) so definitely keep me in mind, thanks

It's yours if you want it, only bought it to do the tests, got a lot on at the mo so this particular bit of work is not a particular priority, it will happen though.
cheers
