Disc replacement.

I can feel uneveness in braking at low speeds and my discs are noticeably scored (different on each side, I've only looked at the fronts).
Should they be replaced prior to Spa? How can I tell?
(The above are clues aren't they? This is a stupid question isn't it?)

When it comes to brakes I don't like to take chances.

Tis like tyres Pete, you are are going to get through a brand new set if you are lucky, if not you will have to change before you get back to UK. That is why I have 20+ part worn ones in the garage as I always put a new set on before I left.
The same with brakes, leave with good pads and take a spare set with you. If you have doubts about your discs then change them, just not worth taking the chance. The same applies to wheel bearings, ball joints, track rod ends etc, get them checked before you go. Not a lot you can do about engine, gearbox, clutch, but do not spoil the trip with a minor item letting you down.
