put the cat back on on Friday, and was wondering which way it is supposed to go on. there's one side that's got some sort of heat shield on it, so I put that side nearest the cabin. i also noticed that one end os stubbier than the other... is it the stubby end that goes into the flexi-flange, or the other.

of course, it may not matter at all, but I thought I'd best check :)

It really is idiot proof. The flanges (Snigger) are different each end. You can only fit it one way round :thumbsup

The man is correct but try rusty side to the back of the car if still confused.

Hopefully get yours back to your office tomorrow.

cheers Graham, thats the way I did it :)

amazing the difference the increase in back pressure makes to the blowing flexi... sounds like a 1977 chevette at the mo! Of course, it may just be the sound of the exhaust gasses blowing against the colonies of creepy-crawlies holed up in Stephen's Cat :D
