Jolly programmer touch key

As I didn't receive a touch key when I bought the car I need to get one and have it programmed using a jolly programmer.
Does anyone know where I could have this done, preferably close to Glasgow.

I think you will struggle to find anyone jolly in Glasgow.

I have never heard of a jolly programmer .... and I work with a lot of them (badum tish).
I would ask MMC. I believe there is a procedure for adding fobs, but I am not sure there is a similar procedure for adding touch keys - you've probably already gotten to that point as you're asking about this programmer, but it may be that the LotusScan tool can do the same thing - certainly worth asking.

Apparently lotus have a programmer which they are happy to send up with a tech the next time one is coming to Scotland.
Fobs are straightforward but you need the touch key and the touch let needs the programmer.
Currently I have only one working fob and numerous spares that I can't code until I get a touch key.
