Uprated Fuel Pumps

Hi Chaps
Fuel pump in the race car is down on pressure, and is pretty much needing replaced.
Car has been a mare to start for ages, and MMC are starting to suspect it could be fuel pressure related.
Anyone got any ideas if there is an uprated fuel pump available for the mighty S1 racing shed?
Much appreciated.
Filter is needing cleaned, but parts found in filter suggest fuel pump death in imminent.

A standard pump will be fine in your car Andy, it does not have to be an uprated one.
You can also fit it from the top by cutting a small section and bending the flap back rather than dropping the tank.

Correct, for the shed I would just source a replacement pump.

This is advertised as a direct replacement for the S1 Andy.

I have a complete assembly Andy, think it came off N3 as I had to fit an upgraded one for the S/C engine.
If you are able to test it before you fit it to check that it works, then you are welcome to it.

That's not a replacement...
S1 pump is unique in being a two stage unit, you can't just replace it with a generic one, it simply will not work properly.
