Anti Roll Bar replacement plus bushes conversion- S1

So, I have an S1 with the original block style bushes, and a rusty anti roll bar.

I have purchased a new (to me, from an s2..) ARB, plus nylatron bushes and a set of these alloy sleeves, along with a set of new drop links:

So, this is where the confusion comes in...

The bush location on the old bar is further inward, and uses the wishbone bolt to attach to the car (green box on the photo below) - photo is of the passenger side.

The new bushes (with the alloy sleeves) look like they will attach further outward, how do I attach them to the car?!
Do I need to drill 2 holes, and also buy a shorter bolt for the wishbone, or am I looking at this all wrong?
