S2 111s HT leads?

Post by cjm » Wed Mar 26, 2014 7:18 pm

Do Halfords stock the corrects leads or list the lotus one?

I was checking for obvious causes of a misfire and the metal core of the lead is still attached to the spark plug when I pulled the lead out rather than still being part of the lead so I think I have found the issue.

I'm now stuck with my car with two leads that wont fit back on and are a bit knackered and I need my car to get to work. Anyone know if Halfords stock the correct leads?

Thanks

Seems like Halfords don't stock leads at all now so off to Elise Parts and to see if I'm fit enough to cycle to work tomorrow!!

Don't knowing this is any use to you but I recently got some lovely British made leads for my Impreza from these guys.

Great service too, very quick.

Halfords do stock them, but in my experience, they are best avoided. Better to get some from Murray's or eliseparts.

Having had various ignition issues in the past across various performance cars, I now pretty much only fit Magnecore 10mm leads when I need to replace them. A little over kill but never experienced issues with them. :-) worth the money IMO.
