Complete brake line replacement

The cars being resurected from an extended lay up whilst a house project got completely out of control.

Was nosing around the car last night and some of the lines particularly around plastic brackets are looking a bit corroded.

Has anyone done a full line refresh on an S1? I seem to remember you can buy them from Lotus pre formed?

Other than dropping the tank which is a hateful job in itself what else is there to consider?

Cheers :)

And a call to Murray's confirms that pre-formed lines were discontinued in 2010

Going to continue with this as seen a few similar issues on Seloc recently, probably going to bulk buy stuff myself, inc all the flaring tools, anyone else looking to do similar and get a job lot?

Cheers

If you are buying pipe then get kunifer if not then copper as it won't corrode.

Will do, it's often called copper nickel but it's the same thing,

Shame no one does a full replacement kit actually as trying to figure out lengths and fittings etc whilst it's still on the car is a P.I.T.A..
