Rusty Rear Discs (NLC)

Whilst I accept that the disc surface will rust over after getting wet (assuming the car is not driven) I am a bit concerned at the state of the new rear discs fitted by Farmers Autocare to my A4 on the 30th April. They must have fitted to cheapest discs known to man although they charged me £189 for rears discs/pads.
I am planning on taking the car back to Farmers Autocare tomorrow am so would appreciate any comments/advice as to this course of action and if you think I have a legitimate complaint. I had the fronts done last year at Witherspoons in Edinburgh and have included photos for comparison.

They're mild steel. Rust happens. Would not even be remotely concerned by that.

I've had discs rust like that in a week before and your fronts are much worse. Why do you think it's an issue?

I don't see it as a problem either.

Cheap disks, shudda got a set of pagids from euro car parts, just did the rears on my A6 for about 50 quid parts (disks and pads), less than 60 mins work to change them, they are aluminised (like the oem parts) so the non swept areas don't rust and look crap through your alloys . . .
