Scottish Elises

I know this has been covered before, but what suspension bushes for my S1 Elise?
Predominantly a road car, had it up Forrestburn a few times and it will get to Knockhill at some point, should I just go for Lotus OEM bushes, or should I consider Poly or Ertacetal, although not heard much about Ertacetal any views?
Also should I get the wishbones powdercoated or POR15?

I think the advice Doug would be stick with the Lotus rubber bushes if it is mainly road work. More compliant and last longer than the synthetic ones, which are deliberately stiffer for the track.

As for coatings I think it is pretty much 50/50, I have always gone for powder coating, but POR15 could be better lasting and you can apply it yourself.

I did my fronts in 'Armourcote Beetleback'

I fitted OEM type bushes from seriously Lotus to the front of the 160 earlier in the year, the rears will be getting the same soon. One of the best changes I've made to the car over the years.

Thanks for the responses, looks like I will get the OEM style Bushes from Seriously Lotus.
Still looking at paint/powdercoat options. My TVR chassis/wishbones were powdercoated and with just over 1000miles on the car, it hasn't lasted well. I already have POR15.

Sockets & a G clamp, later swapped for threaded bar, worked well for me.

I have the Elise parts tool if you would like to borrow it.

I had the wishbones on my last car acid dipped and zinc plated at a place in Newhouse. I then did them with POR15 for good measure.
The dipping and plating was only £100.
I'm going to do the same for the 160 too.
