Anyone know of a good engine builder, Aberdeen area?
Mate has a SAAB he wants a forged engine building for.
B235R in-line 4, turbo.
Every 'Dentists Estate' needs 400 ponies, right?

I think mapping is a bit different to building a forged engine.

Ditch the 235 bottom end and use a 234 block with the 235 head. Throw in a set of injectors, an uprated fuel pump and a big turbo & you'd see 400bhp. If he's really worried, pop a set of pistons in, but the rest is very strong...

Indeed.... I have no means of machining the bores for the pistons! Rest of the engine is good for 400bhp out the box

Arriving broadside, in a cloud of smoke......
