Bah, order placed yesterday! I needed to get them up to Craigs.

They were quite a bit cheaper than AD08r's, by over £100 and with my buying the new wheels plus new discs and pads all round I don't mind saving some cash atm!

I'll give them a shot, reviews seem to say they are pretty good in the wet as well as the dry.

I guess its the 'Premium' vs. 'budget' tyre brand, although they are well regarded in track day circles (a few have used them on the VX forum). I personally thought the Federal RS-R (also a budget brand) were also really good, even in mixed road conditions..
