My vx came with a screen that flipped out. The installer just built a module so that the unit sat out a bit from the dash plate and thus cleared lip.

Main issue for me was how much light flooded the cabin when driving at night so I removed it.
i3s, Volvo and more pushbikes than strictly necessary.

....did i ever tell you about the Evora and VX220 i used to own?

But yes. I even switch ours off in the Octavia!

I have just noticed the volume controls, but not sure if that is on the new cars or it’s an auxiliary volume control that comes with the updated headunit.
