I’m after some assistance in locating the starter motor in my S1 Honda Elise?!

Attempting to wire an eliseparts electronic boot release and the installation guide shows connecting to the starter motor for power ...

its underneath the intake manifold. which makes getting to it an experience.

There's no point in making life difficult for yourself. You may as well take the feed direct from the battery as that's where power is coming from to the starter... Unless it's wired to open the boot every time you hit the starter...lol.... Take the easy option
