S2 k series vs toyota shock diffs

Hy guys,

Anyone know what the diffs are between the shocks as per subject line? quantum or nitron? both the same fitment I guess...

I believe they are differently valved and have heavier springs for the steel engine.
If you're not living on the edge you're wasting too much space!

Can’t remember which way round it is.
But the rear shocks are very different lengths so you can’t swap them over

They're not. Fronts are the similar fitment but I believe differently valved.

The Toyota rears are notably longer and do not fit K series cars. Toyota chassis and subframes are quite different, the longer dampers are to suit that.
