Scottish Elises

Hi all,
Not posted for ages, so long ago I had to reregister.

I now have an Audi engine S1 Exige but need to get the emissions sorted and an MOT. It's running an Emerald so need someone who knows their way around these. I was going to Matty at MB Garage up at Ellon but they were flooded out rendering their Rolling Road and equipment out of action for the foreseeable. Happy to travel and can trailer it as required.

That’s a real bummer, I hadn’t heard MB had been flooded. I’ve been using Matty to get my Elise through it’s mot’s to, he’s loaded a mot map for me. I saw your car there about this time last year, it looked amazing. Hopefully that are back in action soon.

I used Automek in East Kilbride for mine, not exactly handy for you but no need to mess with the emerald

I used MAC Motorsport in Dundee for my Emerald tuning (K-series) back in 2020. Had no issues and they were used to the emerald software

Thanks all, I’ve got it booked in with Ricky Gould. But also Matty has said he’s trying to get back up and running.

Hi all - quick update, Matty managed to get his rolling road up and running again. Its now on stilts incase the rain comes again.
On the Exige I fitted a 3 way map and a wideband lambda. He has successfully mapped it for road/MOT, Wet Weather (low boost), and full track *high boost). Looking forward to trying it out next year. well i have to drive it back in the rain today, so will see what low boost is like...

Great news, that has just reminded me I need him to re instate my 3 way switch and reload my MOT map and a lower red line map. He just got me up and running after my engine fire and MOT due next month.
